Benefits of Dark Chocolate

Assalamualaikum and hi readers!


Holla ketemu lagi kita ye. Another entry after another. Hehe. Wah kemain tajuk entry tu kan. Em, motifnya sebab tadi aku breakfast mkn dark coklat. Wah sedapnya masih terasa kat tekak. Korang mesti tahu kan, dark coklat ni mmg better than coklat yg biasa tu. Sebab compare to milk coklat, dia contains more flavonoids  yg bertindak sbg antioxidants. Antioxidants ni pulak function utk protect kita dari penuaan n boleh seimbangkan some hormones dlm badan. Then based on studies, dark coklat jugak bole kurangkan kolestrol n blood pressure. Ha, so apa lagi, jom lah makan dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate. Rasa dia pun bagi aku more yummy! Aku selalu makan dark chocolate with nuts yang vochelle punya :)

Eh, hari ni rabu kan? Sepatutnya nak buat wordless wednesday. Haha tapi dah addicted pulak nak tulis. So next time lah kita try practice benda tu since bnyak sgt gmba yg terperuk dlm lappy ni. At least bole share ngan korang yg sudi jenguk sini. hehe. 

Entry ni pendek sgt lah, so apa kata korang enjoy lah tgk a few gmba dari photoshoot yg dulu. Oh i miss photoshoot like crazzzyyy~
