Walk more sleep less.

Assalamualaikum and hi readers!


Morning morning morning...

Motivation for myself today, " I should walk more and sleep less" .Takpun, walk more eat less. Okay both pun i kena practise sebenarnya since badan rasa berat, lemau, apa lagi.. hmm gemok. kot?  Hewhew, looks like dah lama gila tak exercise. Since when eh? Rasanya sem lepas last buat aerobic. Hoii gila lama tak work out!  T_T

Okay jap lagi nak beli makanan i rasa i kena jalan lah, takpayah drive. Tapi macam jauh je kedai ngan rumah. Nanti balik badan peluh-peluh. Uhuk uhuk uhuk! amboi berapa banyak alasan lagi nak bagi ni?? hehehe




























Moment exercise dengan classmates masa stay kat kolej. hihi last 2 years.



Entah bila lah nak exercise, treadmill kat rumah tu buat hiasan je, abah yg selalu guna, yg anak dia ni? haremmm. hehe! Okay then, i should stop now. Nak sambung study, esok ada paper. Wish me luck ye. Okay babai! Thanks for reading :)


p/s : Previous entry rindu-rindu kat si dia kan, dia dah balik sini dah pun. Padan muka dia kena belanja makan sebab call n sms tak reply. haha serves u right!
